Did you forget an item on your recent order?  We can only cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If you order has not shipped, you're going to have to have to reorder, to include everything you want.  We don't process your payments, it is either PayPal or Moneris, our credit card processor.  We aren't able charge your credit card for the additional items.  Plus, additional items may change your shipping rate.  

Did you forget a discount code?  We're sorry, you're going to have to have to reorder, to include your missing discount code.  The manual adjustments that follow correcting a missing discount code has become overwhelming.  It is extremely time consuming and costly to fix. 

There is a $10.00 Processing Fee for any manual adjustments that need to be done, other than simply cancelling an existing order.
