Shipping Rates


To our international customers, international flat rate shipping is for a standard size and weight box.  If your shipment is larger than our standard size box, or you live in a remote location, you will be contacted with a request to pay for the additional shipping that it takes to get your order to you.  If you do not want to pay for the additional shipping, we will be more than happy to cancel your order and refund the full purchase price.  


Our USA customers can enjoy our flat rate shipping with UPS.  

Canadian Flat Rate packages ship with either Canpar, Purolator, UPS or Canada Post at our discretion.  Tracking is available for all shipments.  If you would like your order held for pick up, instead of having it delivered, simply use the comment box and put "Hold For Pick Up".  

Backdrops are shipped in tubes, separate from the rest of your order.  Multiple packages in one order will ship with a courier service.

Not all items are shipped internationally, that will be noted in the product description. If you order an item that is not shipped internationally, that item will be refunded and not included in your order. 


From time to time, a price adjustment may be done for a missed discount etc.  We will NOT process any adjustment under $5.00.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express, UnionPay and PayPal to all of our online shoppers.  If you come to pick up your order at the distribution center, we accept, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and cash.  No debit or cheques accepted.

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY! Send e-transfer payments to our business email - info@howsweetisthat.ca for the full amount of the order. Once payment has been received and order is packed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. If the amount does not match the amount of the order, your order will be cancelled. If I do not receive your payment right after your order has been placed, your order will be cancelled.
