To Our International Customers - We will ship any product that you buy from us, but YOU need to be aware of your OWN country's customs regulations. Some items may be restricted in your country, so to avoid disappointment, find out BEFORE you buy. We will NOT be financially responsible for shipping your restricted items back for a refund.
Your package is going to arrive in your country and YOU are going to have to pay customs, duty and or taxes. Those are 100% your responsibility. Refusal to pay your duty will result in your package being returned to us. The cost of shipping there and back will come out of your refund. The cost of shipping back is about four times what you have paid to ship your order. You will likely end up with no refund at all. So PLEASE take that into consideration before refusing your shipment.

Due to health regulations, edible products cannot be returned.
Returns Or Refunds
Requests for a return or refund must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the purchase date.
Missing Item From your Order
All our orders are double counted for accuracy before they leave our warehouse. But if you believe you have a product missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we may initiate an inquiry, we will either send the missing product or issue you a refund.
If You Receive A Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the damaged or incorrect product or issue you a refund. You will be provided with further instructions for returning the damaged item or incorrect product.
If You Are Not Satisfied with the Product you Purchased
If you are unhappy with your product, simply send us an email with 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization number. Please include your order number with your request.
For unused products in their original packaging, we will issue a credit (less shipping and handling charges) upon receipt of the returned items. There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned simply because you changed your mind. For items which arrive back damaged or missing packaging, we will not issue a credit. Items that have been used will be refused and either returned to sender at the sender's expense or thrown away.

You are responsible for return shipping, brokerage fees, duties and taxes if applicable. In order to avoid incurring the a fore mentioned, ship via the postal service, not a courier service, with customs documentation declaring that the contents are returned goods. Returned shipments should be appropriately insured; How Sweet Is That? can not be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to the products during shipping. Items returned without return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
